Hi, I live at 95 varga rd, Ashford ct which is also known as Ashford hills . There are about 50 apartments in my building and they range from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. Rent is the cheapest for the quality that I could find in this area, ranging from 675$ for a 1 bedroom to 875$ for a 3 bedroom monthly. The building looks great on the outside and the apartments are mostly redone so they are fairly new inside. It is Electric heat. There's a laundry room and elevator in our building. I would rate... it 4/5 because there are some minor flaws but for the price and location (2-3 miles from UCONN) it's a steal.

I lived there for two years and had lived in there two and three bedroom apartments. Bolth I found decent to live in. Maintaince could be faster. And found that the landlord is very willing to work with you. In my case we had a roommate bail on me and my friend and the landlord worked with us to get into a two bed. Very accomidating!!! Thx!!! Cold water trash removal, snow removal included & laundry on site. No office onsite. Electric everything. I was on the third floor so my electric bill was... $60-$110 MAX!!! Very reasonable electric bill. Good price for the style of living.

I've lived here for almost four years and despite a sometimes off-putting outward appearance the building is nice inside as well as the apartments. All of our neighbors are extremely friendly. Dealing with management can be difficult sometimes but overall it's a nice place. NOTE: it says all over the Internet this place accepts cats but they no longer do

I never got a returned phone call or email so I drove to the poorly maintained property to find the doors locked and no signage for an office. I happily drove away.
