No fitness center, no basketball or tennis court it's completely destroyed and never repaired, pool it's been damaged for years, trash and mowing disposal around the place. I have been living in here since 2019 and it's a great place to live but, promised amenities have never been and only the pool opens never on time and with one look at it you probably won't get in it.

Hello! My name is Joanna and I currently live at Avon Mill Apartments. After a horrible experience at my last apartment complex, it was so nice to have Erin and Clayton welcome me with open arms. I feel safe here and I feel at home. Anything I mention to them, they will get it done right away and they communicate with me. They both need more credit than some of these reviews show. This is one of the prettiest areas in Avon you will ever see. :) I recommend it!

This place is perfect. If you like hiking or biking then this is best place for you. There is trails along the Farmington river. Well-maintained in-ground pool and property park. The staff is great, always helpful and friendly. Maintenance guys are very friends and ready to help you always. It's a quiet area where we often see deer and various birds. This is a great place to live when you want to be close to everything, but feel far away!

Avon Mill is an amazing opportunity to live in beautiful Avon for an affordable rate. The environment is outstanding! Clayton is very quick to assist the tenants if there are any maintenance issues, and the management is very helpful and attentive to the needs of the residents. Avon Mill puts the tenants safety and privacy first. I've lived here for years and love how clean and well kept both the interior and the grounds are. Management works hard to make Avon Mill a community setting by having events like costume contests and pool parties in their facilities. I can't recommend Avon Mill enough to those looking for apartments. The residents are polite and diverse and Avon Mill works hard to keep them happy. Highly recommended!!!

Just 3 days ago I moved out from 75 Avonwood road because of my new job far from Avon. I lived there almost a year and was pleased cause Erin and Clayton with there great job always tried to make our communities life more interesting , even our kids loved them so much cause they are the soul of community and tried to organize joyful shows in every holiday . Large swimming pool and comfortable places for making barbecue and beautiful pure nature makes your life more interesting. I highly approximate community teams great job and recommend everyone to live and relax in Avonwood road apartments!!
