Her now current office manager, Armand, being her broker at that time, held a contest for an all-expense-paid trip to New York. Being 18 this would be her first chance to see NYC. Amy knew it would be amazing to win the contest and the trip; 10 transactions completed in one month. She plotted a plan to accomplish this goal. Amy won the trip. She found that setting a GOAL assisted her in achieving what she genuinely wanted. She then spent every month setting and obtaining her goals. Soon Amy knew the ins and outs of Real Estate and in a few short years living as an agent, she superseded all her goals which landed her as one of the Century 21 Top 10 Producers in the state of CT.
