Welcome to 1310 Berlin Tpke, Wethersfield. This condo is part of Park Ridge condominium complex of individually owned condos.
This unit happens to be the largest one-bedroom unit in this quiet building.
If you are seeking a space that is... flooded by natural light with an open layout, this condo is for you.
The entire west wall of this unit is almost all glass giving you tremendous natural light. Furthermore, there is a slider to a porch that is ideal spot for some outdoor living space to take in the fresh air.
The best part is that heat is included, which when you have this much glass, is a great bonus. Also, included in the rent is hot water and central air conditioning.
The building and condos were built in 1968 and it screams mid-century cool. The space could be setup well with some mid-century furniture and it would feel like it’s out of the “Mad Men” tv show.
It’s also very telling that all new construction now copies these unit layouts with a focus on the open layout and floor to ceiling glass.
The location is a commuters dream with all major highways less than a mile away. You are also walking distance to a large grocery store, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation. You don’t need a car to live here!
This unit has new bathroom with wall-to-wall “large format” ceramic tile walls, newer vanity, and toilet. It’s a beautiful new bathroom and one of the nicest in the building!
The kitchen comes with all full-size appliances including a dishwasher and for being a smaller area, it’s a very functional space with surprising amount of storage.
The condo is spotless clean including professionally steamed cleaned plush carpet that is newer.
You will love the view from the third story. This floor also has its own shared laundry room.
Tenant pays for JUST electric. Owner pays for condo fees which again includes heat, hot water, air conditioning, trash, and parking. Tenant will receive one parking spot and a guest pass for a guest. There is a storage unit that comes with this unit.
Please keep in mind there is strict application process that requires a minimum 675 credit score for all adult occupants. There is also a background, employment, and income verification. Only one month security deposit with a strong application. No smoking. The association does not allow any pets.
