-About Me!-
Hi, my name is Anna, I am a junior Cognitive Science/Data Science major in the honors program at UConn :) I am looking for 1 roommate to live with me at Knollwood apartments. I already have lived here for a year, and have the lease signed... for a standard 2 bedroom, 1 bath, I just need to add on another person to split rent with me as my current roommate is graduating. The whole apartment costs $1855/mo. But we will each pay $927.50/mo. for 12 months.

I love making new friends and meeting others! Please check my roommate profile to see if we are compatible in terms of personality/preferences. For the apartment, I’ve listed out basic details below. -Layout-
The property is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. There is also a small courtyard outside with chairs (property is in a woodsy/forest area). The apartment is on the 2nd floor (the buildings are 2 stories). The bedrooms/living room are carpeted, while the kitchen and bathrooms have hardwood floors. The place is unfurnished, but I am happy to work together to move/get furniture for the common areas (living room/kitchen). Each of us would have our own bedroom. -Distance-
It is a close walk to campus (~15-30 min. walk, 25 min. walk to library), and about a 3 min. drive, so a car is not needed but is very convenient (I will be bringing mine). There is ample parking on the property. It is also extremely close to downtown, with a ~15 min. walk on the sidewalk to Price Chopper.

-Utilities-
The property pays for water/sewage/internet/trash. We will split the electricity/heat payments.
