2 bedroom 2 bath house for rent. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house, fully furnished, very close to UCONN and the new downtown area. Nice appliances and washer/dryer in each house with central air conditioning. One block from the shuttle bus... & Price Chopper grocery store in the downtown Storrs area. Very nice property in a great location. Property has 8 different houses on it all rented to UCONN grads and students in a safe area just off the main road that UCONN is on. Two people to rent the house together at $1,100 per person per bedroom with full bath. Each tenant signs their own lease. Tenants pay their own heat, electric & Wi-Fi. Everything else is included, including all maintenance & plowing. Very qualified landlord who takes care of any issues right away. This is not a place for partying.
