This is a beautiful 5 bedroom house. The bedrooms that will share the upstairs bathroom will rent for $900 per month which includes all utilities. The upstairs master bedroom which has an attached bath will rent for $1,000 per month. 2 upstairs... bedrooms and the upstairs master bedroom are currently available. The property includes a fully applianced kitchen, living room family room and a washer/dryer for residents use. There is also a nice deck. The house owner is a Uconn student and will be residing in the house. We are flexible on terms - we can do a per semester rate and can be flexible on length of lease. No smoking of any kind in the house. No pets of any kind allowed. Looking for good roommates who can get along with each other and take good care of the property.
Renters will be expected to furnish their own rooms - common areas will be furnished - if renter wants their room furnished with basic bed, bureaus, and desk we can arrange it for a negotiated fee
