5 bedroom 2 ½ bath house on bus line between UConn Hartford and UConn Farmington campuses.

Available because my wife is moving to a Senior Care facility. I’m still active and want to stay in my home. Inquiries via eMail only until after July 15. ... Move in any time in August. Annual lease. Aug 1st-July 31.

Priced on par with a home at 42 Davenport Rd. West Hartford but you get so much more because all utilities are included. $1260/room or $3780 whole house. Discounted $50/month if you take the bus or rideshare with another student.

Rent 1,2, or 3 private bedrooms individually or collectively. Will consider students with children.

You have the run of the house except for 4 rooms that I occupy. I have meals delivered. You have complete freedom in the kitchen if you cook. Everybody has to share and get along in the TV family room and the rec room in the basement. We can designate guys and dolls separate bathrooms. You can draw straws for who gets the ½ bath in the master bedroom. Plenty of dry storage area for your stuff.

I’m the equivalent of a dormitory RA. I’m not your Dad, Judge, or Father confessor. My house my rules
