There is a full basement with a washer and dryer included. All floors are either hardwood or tile. There is a large back yard and a large screened in porch. Several great restaurants, Coventry Framer's Market, Patriot's Park, and other amenities are within walking distance.

The rent is $3499 plus utilities, the security deposit is $6998. It is available 8-1-27, and the lease runs through 5-31-28.

Professional lawn care is included. General building maintenance is provided by an in-house general contractor and a property manager is available 24/7. We are local UCONN alumni with 40+ years combined experience with student rentals.
