We will send you an application form with a few additional questions. We use SmartMove for tenant screening. Once we move to that stage, you pay at SmartMove for your background check. For student tenants who have limited income, we ask your parents/legal guardians as co-signers.
This unit is rented as a unit, so all tenants on the lease need to sign together. A sublease is allowed, and the landlord should be informed with one-month advance notice. Any new tenant needs to go through the background check at SmartMove, sign the new lease addendum, and pay for the new deposit.
