It is also a short 7.5 mile drive from the UCONN campus, which the majority of residents here... attend. This area is literally one of the best kept secrets that most UCONN students don't know about! The apartment is just under 1000 square feet, plus it includes small deck area and generous side yard, with picnic table and grill for summertime fun. Windows have all been replaced with new, energy efficient, units, along with many other updates in the past few years. There is ample off street parking for residents, and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. Cellular phone reception here is excellent! Cell reception here is excellent. And, while the neighborhood is quiet (one of the town's best!), there are a tons of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops just a short stroll away...Grounded, Willi brew, Food Co-Op etc...! This apartment's location is so much better than others in the area that it rents out very quickly so act now!
