Ok, here is the scoop. This is an awesome 3 bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood in Willimantic. For the past year we have had 3 Grad students sharing this 3br apartment but due to 1 roommate not returning, we need 1 person to replace him.

This... house is 7 miles from UCONN (14 minute drive) and literally adjacent to the ECSU campus (walking distance), where you can use the library and gym for super convenient late night study sessions or workouts!

This apartment includes the entire 2nd floor of the generously sized house with a total square footage of approximately 975 square feet. PLUS, it has a beautiful hedged in yard and garden with picnic table and BBQ grill perfect for warm weather fun!

There is a apartment size washer dryer in the unit, and a wonderful full-service laundry just down the street, so you can use either depending on your preferences.

The rent, when split 3-ways, works out to $600 per person, which includes water/sewer/and garbage pickup (which is often NOT included for houses in Mansfield/Storrs) and we also split internet, gas, and electric.

Cellular phone reception here is excellent. And, while the neighborhood is quiet and residential (one of the town's best!), there are a wonderful selection of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops just a short stroll away on Main St. plus the Food Co-op which is an awesome resource for healthy food shopping. We are also a very short walk from the bus stop if you are commuting to Uconn and don’t have a car, or just feel like letting someone else do the driving.
