MULTIPLE OPTIONS

SUMMER: FULL HOUSE, 5 bedrooms, fully furnished, June 1st to July 15th $1,000/ week. (Photos available upon request.)

We have two bedrooms downstairs: one with a... queen bed, one with a twin XL + fold out full couch/bed and one full bathroom with a shower. There's also a partial kitchen set up: microwave, small fridge, electric kettle, toaster, etc.

The upstairs and downstairs are separated by a door at the top of the staircase.

Downstairs (with private entrance) is available all summer, fall, spring $1000 per month (or for commuters $100 night)-- all utilities included.

There's no AC, but the downstairs stays quite cool in the summer due to quality insulation and because the downstairs space is partially underground. There is natural light downstairs because isn't not entirely underground. If you have questions or want to see more photos or check out the place, just send me a message.
