The custom kitchen is spacious, has granite counter tops, and includes a dishwasher. All floors are either hardwood or tile. Washing machines are included. There is a private association beach with canoe/ kayak storage, national recreation trails, fishing, and a waterfall right around the corner.
Tenants pay for heating fuel (oil) and electricity. Landlord includes water / sewer/ laundry/ waste removal in the base rent shown. There are no one time or ongoing fees. The Security Deposit is 2 month's rent.
The property is professionally managed: general building maintenance is provided by an in-house general contractor and a property manager is available 24/7. Note that we have multiple single family houses and apartments available that can accommodate 2-5 residents (limits vary by town and # of bedrooms).
