Property has been struggling with management since January. There have been 3 new building managers in the past 6 months. Management is also inconsistent in responses, only communicate via email. The previous building manager was amazing. So sad there are issues now.

I've lived here for just over a year and despite new management, Front Street Lofts continues to be a great place to live! Holland, the property manager, is super helpful in responding quickly to questions and maintenance does a great job at tackling all services in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend checking this place out :)

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years but cannot wait until my lease is over. The building was bought by a new shady management and it has been an absolute nightmare since. The worst part is that the fire alarm goes MULTIPLE TIMES every week in the middle of the night. The alarm is faulty and way over the legal threshold of ear-piercing 150 decibels, but the management would rather let it go off every few days instead of fixing it. There are a ton of working professionals in this building and it’s no longer sustainable to live in such a poorly maintained building we pay premium prices for, especially when they raise the price of the rent by $200 every year. They also have a new maintenance team and it takes literally weeks to get anything fixed. The young property manager is useless and acts like nothing is wrong.

Have been staying here for a year and a half now. No Complaints! Friendly staff, amazing roof terrace, equipped gym, right in the middle of downtown! Close to Main ST, CT River, Wadsworth Atheneum. Slightly on the expensive side, but don't regret signing the lease! Would definitely recommend.

Moving into the apartment today and so for it’s been a very good experience. Specifically, their front office staff Holland has been fantastic. I have some specific allergy concerns and Holland addressed them in a compassionate and professional manner to my full satisfaction. The building looks to be kept up well and so far there is a good overall vibe.
