3 furnished rooms in a nice co-op home-share environment are available. There are three single rooms, one of which has a full sized bed, the other two have single beds. We are a friendly, honest, trustworthy, respectful, global minded, studious,... quiet, financially responsible, clean/tidy, health-conscious household of mature students and professionals looking for similar individuals to share our home. Must be non-smoker (not indoor, outdoor, closet, social, etc.), non-partier, non-drug user.

Base rents for the single rooms range from $780-$880/mo and include some utilities and wireless internet. Individual leases. Roommate matching available.

**Rooms are furnished and there is not extra room to bring your own furniture. There is also no storage. No bikes allowed indoors. In order to keep carpets clean, we ask occupants to remove shoes at the door and wear indoor slippers.

All rooms include a bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf and closet. There is a shared kitchen (completely furnished & stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc.), and a washer/dryer in the unit. Also there is a small outdoor seating area with chairs. For the serious gardener, there is an area in the yard available for you to plant an organic vegetable garden.

Lease terms/Application Fee: Lease terms accommodate students and professionals. Student/Internship lease terms go from Jan 1-May 31, June 1 - Aug 31, and Sept 1 - Dec 31. There is the opportunity to renew, as well as flexible move in dates per room availability. $50 application fee per person (includes a credit/criminal background check), $50 cleaning fee, first and 1-month security deposit required.

About the home: Owner lives on premises and is very attentive. The kitchen on the 2nd floor used by tenants is fully furnished and stocked. Our home is unique and is perhaps best described as a co-op community.

Location: The home is located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood in the desirable Keeney Street School area. It is located on former farmlands, up a private driveway... there is a peaceful, serene feel to the land here. Property abuts 12 acres of woods, so wildlife often come by to say hello (deer, fox, rabbits, an array of birds, etc.) every now and then....people who love nature, quiet, and peacefulness will enjoy it here. We are conveniently located just seconds or minutes from 384, 84, 291, 91, 44, and 6. We are 20 minutes from UCONN Storrs, 2 minutes from Manchester CC, 20 minutes from U Hartford, 15 minutes from Trinity College. The Buckland Hills Mall, movie theater, restaurants, bank, grocery stores, hairdresser, 24-hour gym, and basically everything you need is located anywhere from 2-7 minutes from here. West Hartford Center/Blueback Square is just 20 minutes away, and the lovely Glastonbury Center is 8 minutes away. The bike trail is walking distance from the house. Case Mountain is an easy 4 minute drive from here. Downtown Manchester is walking distance from here if you like to walk.

Allergy Alert/Pets: There are 2 dogs and 2 cat in the owner occupied household on the first floor... both are rescues. My dog is a beagle adopted at 8 years old (now 12!), and the other is a shih-tzu/poodle mix who was dumped in Willimantic and adopted from animal control. My cats are DSH brothers. Unfortunately, I cannot have any additional pets. Animal lover a plus, but not required.

**Due to rising costs, I have had to raise my monthly room rental rate for the first time time in 18 years. We are looking for people who are mindful of these rising costs and not wasteful (for example, don't open the windows when the heat is on!).
