Downtown Coventry. The other occupants in the building are responsible UCONN grad students. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and an additional bonus room for an office/ lounge (maximum occupancy is 4 people). Some of the bedrooms have built in dressers and there is ample closet space. The kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and plenty of cabinet space. There is a full bathroom on both the first and second floor- the first floor bathroom has a new washer and dryer which is included. There is a large living room that opens onto a private porch overlooking a beautiful yard with a pond. Patriot's Park (Coventry Lake public beach), several great restaurants, and other amenities are also a short drive away. There is off-street parking for 5 cars.

Utilities (heat, electricity, and trash) are managed by the landlord, and run approximately $100 - $125/ month per person. Landlord pays for snow removal, water/ sewer, and lawncare. The security deposit is 2 month's rent.

General building maintenance is provided by an in-house general contractor and a property manager is available 24/7. Lawn care and snow removal is included.
