Short term off-season 20261H semester term rental ends June 19 2026. Landlord is a UConn MBA Graduate that solely possesses home basement and garage is seeking up to 3 others to share this charming home in exclusive SoNo waterfront community. This... property share is offered for this one term only, with no right of renewal and will be separately offered as a summer rental and different terms.

Rent is all inclusive of utilities. Home built in 1922 has much original charm, operational field stone fireplace. some new windows, hardwood floors and cast iron radiators recently upgraded from oil to gas. Landlord handles all landscaping except snow removal, pays utilities including fuel, water, electric and provides fiber quality internet connectivity for residents. Shared kitchen includes gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. City pickup of garbage and recycling weekly is included.

This is a safe and classy retreat for serious students and professionals. You are walking distance to the Washington Street SoNo nightlife and Veterans Park. Residents enjoy access to two riverfront neighborhood association properties 2 off-street parking places are included.

There is a $30 non-refundable fee for background/criminal history for each applicant. We will not accept any applications with Housing court history.

Public transportation includes city bus pickup 1/4 mile from location that is near direct service to SoNo Train MetroNorth station and connects to Belden avenue Wheels hub and regional bus service to Stamford.
