I was talking to them regarding the rental. I asked them about the ads that they have, Jun 15 and the appointment to see the property on Saturday. The guy on the phone said we don't show on Saturday the hung out the phone. So rude! Now I prefer to rent another house

Thank goodness I only lived here for 3 months. It seemed so much longer. The free Wifi just barely works, forget about getting anything useful done. Things are generally in poor repair. The clothes dryers take over an hour to dry the smallest of loads (and lots of quarters) - Knollwood says it's not their problem. My shower had a hole in the bottom leaking water who knows where. I filed a request for maintenance...no reply. I scrubbed down the whole kitchen and bathroom before moving out,... and still got charged a large cleaning fee against the deposit. The fixtures haven't been updated since the Nixon administration so the stains should not be my problem. Worst of all, the walls leak. Yes, the air seemed moist but I didn't expect that all my furniture would grow mold! The summer rent is a whole lot more expensive now that I have to replace my furniture. Don't live here! It's not worth it.

Hello! I work for the new ownership. First, let me say, that is a rough experience to say the least. Hopefully your new community is better.
We took over the property right after you left and are working to remedy a lot of the concerns in your... review. It's definitely going to take a little bit of time; but we're working to make it a better experience for all of our tenants. Again, we hope your new community is awesome. Keep an eye on us as we continue to transition.
