We are a nice family with a dog and we have a HUGE basement that we'd like to rent out. There is a separate entrance for the basement. The basement has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, a large bathroom off the bedroom. The living room is large.... Everything - water, heat, electricity, internet, is all included. There is a huge backyard with an above ground pool that renters can use.This basement apartment is perfect for a young couple or several good friends who want to rent together. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty.We are looking for renters who are pleasant and quiet (not party people - though having friends over is fine). We will not tolerate drug use or underage drinking.
