Maplewood Apartments

I live on the first floor (2D) and I am subletting my current roommate’s room since she is studying abroad. Her room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, night stand, etc. Everything is included except electric which varies monthly but... has been around $30-$50 per month so far. There is no dishwasher or laundry in the unit. However, laundry has not been a problem for me I am able to wash my clothes every week at either a friend’s dorm building for free or the laundromat. We have a microwave, a pull out couch, and a TV. You will need to have a car if you plan on living here. There is a parking lot for our unit. We also have floor heating which does a really good job keeping the apartment warm during the winter.
