Meadowbrook Gardens

No security deposit if you have a co-signer (looking for this in particular). Already have 2 roommates so just need a 3rd. Rent is $1200 for each of us. Very nice area, my roommate and I have already done a tour and it looks very cozy. We have... another tour scheduled for 2/27/2025 as well in hope to have a 3rd roommate to come see the place themselves :)
