If there is one tenant the rent is $1600/month and if there are two tenants the rent is $1700/month. The apartment includes a... loft bedroom, a living room and a full kitchen. There is a washer and a drier in the apartment. This apartment stays cool in the summer but window air conditioning units are permitted (an additional monthly charge depending on the size of the unit will apply).
Near the the Mansfield/Chaplin line, this convenient location is 10 minutes from ECSU (Willimantic), 15 minutes from UConn (Storrs). Although it is near everything, the apartment is located on 90 private acres. This apartment is ideal for someone who enjoys the outdoors. Tenants are allowed to hike/bike the trails on the 90 forested acres and fish in the pond that is located on the property. The house is less than 5 minutes from Diana's Pool and Mansfield Reservoir. We do potentially accept pets, including dogs.
