Hi! I’m a professor at UConn, and we have a beautiful, spacious home near campus with a furnished bedroom and private bathroom on the first floor available for rent. The space is especially well-suited for a female UConn student, as my wife, a... stay-at-home mom, is home most of the time.
Our family lives upstairs (we have two children and no pets). We’re a Christian family who loves the Lord Jesus and strives to maintain a peaceful, family-oriented home. If you enjoy cooking, you're welcome to use our shared kitchen and dining areas.
We occasionally host small gatherings and fellowships during the week or on weekends with other UConn Christian students. These are completely optional and held on the other side of the house to ensure your privacy and quiet are respected—our home remains peaceful and quiet most of the time.
The house is about 12 minutes from campus by bike (around 40 minutes on foot), so having a car is recommended. All utilities are included.
