So happy my wife and I moved to Parallel 41. Location is awesome within walking distance of amazing restaurants and a short 5 minute Uber ride to Stamford train station. The administration staff and maintenance is second to none, thank You Jennifer, Steve and Allan. The building is spotless and our apartment is so bright. Love to call this place home.

Pros:
-Beautiful apartments, spacious
-Largest/best rooftop I've seen in downtown Stamford
-Easy parking
-Decent location
-Strong coffee, beautiful common room
-Hot water always
-Great central air
Cons:
-With the exception of one good concierge, who is only there on weekdays, the concierges are not very friendly or helpful.
-With new ownership, they seem to have lost some really good staff. Additionally, concierge hours have been cut, so good luck retrieving your packages/obtaining common... area TV remotes & guest passes - It feels like they are never there when you need them.
-Gym looks good from afar, but up close, buttons are broken, and machines are dirty. Saw the cleaning crew come in one day, spray some Glade room refresher around and leave.
-Clientele last year was mostly young professionals. Now, I see more and more retirees, families, and older individuals smoking outside of the entrance. This is a con for me, could be a pro for someone else.
-Only 2 elevators and you are not allowed to use the stairs. If someone is moving on any given day, you'll wait a WHILE for that one workable elevator.
-TVs on the roof do not work, and concierges do not know how to make them work. They may as well not be there.
-Washington Boulevard is loud. The intersection where this building is located is prone to excessive horn honking at all hours of the day.

Apartments are nice. Central Air is great. Water boiler works well (even with multiple roommates), but is a little loud. Amenities are nice (Coffee machine, arcade games, pool table, lounge, gym & shuttle are all great). Would be nice to have some apartment-wide events though. AC /Heat would be better if you could limit to rooms being used and it would be nice to have a hot tub or Sauna on the rooftop.

This is building is truly everything you want when it comes to downtown living. Movie theater, fitness center, lounge area with pool table and rooftop deck with bbq's and outdoor televisions. The apartments are spacious with modern designs. Maintenance is very responsive with most requests handled within 24 hours. Downtown within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and Metro North Train Station. Truly a gem with everything you need within arms reach!
