Piperbrook apartments are very outdated apartments. These apartments mostly have cockroaches and mouses. Exterminator has came and they are still here. I would not recommend paying high rent for an infested outdated apartment.

This is the worst place to live roaches everywhere the nebiors had it and it went crawling through the wall and they have not done anything. All they do is have a instermantor go to one point that it like thats going to do anything. And they don’t take care of the places it’s outdated

The place is not maintained well the apartments are freezing in the winter, the so called thermostat doesn't do anything just taking space on the wall. The manager that runs the place will look for a way to take your security deposit even though you leave the apartment better than when you moved in, and the super goes in your apartment when you're not home and dumps trash (tiles, sheetrock broken wood and anything that comes from working in an apartment building) the wooded area use to be clean... this place is being turned into a dump, so if you like living in a dumpster this is the place for you.
