Private bedroom in stately West End home with separate kitchen,

This bedroom is in a private suite on the second floor of our large single-family home in the West End, three blocks from the UConn Law School. .

We (the owner family) live in the main part of the house (the use of which is not included in the... leased unit). One of the two bedrooms in the suite is currently rented by a female UConn Law School student so the bedroom now available for lease is for females only.

The suite is accessed through our kitchen, which is entered through the side door off the driveway. There is a private staircase off the kitchen that leads up to the suite. The two tenants have their own dedicated kitchen. It is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and stovetop.An additional refrigerator is available for tenants' use in the basement laundry room.

Included with the suite is use of the basement laundry room and exercise room (with a rowing machine, an elliptical machine, free weights, Nordic track, large screen TV and two recliners).

There is parking in the rear of the house.

References will be required. No parties or overnight guests, no pets, and no smoking.
