Private bedroom in suite in stately West End home w/ bath, dedicated kitchen, exercise rm

One of the two bedrooms in a private suite on the second floor of our large single-family home in the West End. We (the owner family) live in the main part of the house (the use of which is not included in the leased unit) on and off throughout the... year. One of the two bedrooms in the suite is currently rented by a female UConn Law School student so the bedroom now available is for females only.

The suite is accessed through the kitchen, which is accessed by the back door off the driveway. There is a private staircase off the kitchen that leads up to the suite. The two tenants have their own dedicated kitchen in what is now the butler's pantry. It is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator, microwave and stovetop.(An additional refrigerator is available for tenants' use in the basement laundry room.)

Included with the suite is use of the basement laundry room and exercise room (with a rowing machine, an elliptical machine, weights, Nordic track, large screen TV and two recliners).

There is parking in the rear of the house.

Two references will be required. No parties or overnight guests, no pets, and no smoking.
