Looking for a roommate to share our house in Talcott forest (across UConn Health, walking distance). $800/month. You will have access to the whole third floor of the house which includes two rooms. The bathroom will be shared with another female... roommate but there is an extra half bathroom as well if needed. The common areas are fully furnished. Utilities are split by tenants which includes electric and WiFi. Heat, water, gas is included and not payable separately.
We are preferably looking for a female roommate. Want a peaceful environment. No pets allowed. Everyone works throughout the week, and we are all very respectful of each other’s work schedules along with shared common spaces.
