Two private bedrooms are currently available in a three-bedroom single-family house near UConn (approximately 1 mile from the main campus). 


Only two rooms will be rented — the third... bedroom will remain unoccupied.
This is a quiet, owner-occupied home, ideal for students who value a calm, clean, and respectful living environment. Not a party house.

The rooms & pricing:
Master bedroom with deck access – from $800/month
Second bedroom (two windows) – from $750/month
(final rent depends on lease length and whether furniture is needed)

About the house:
One full bathroom shared only between the two tenants
Shared kitchen and laundry
The owner (female) is a UConn faculty member and lives in the lower level of the house, uses the kitchen
Living and dining areas primarily used by tenants
Parking available
High-speed fiber internet included
The house is currently empty, as it was recently purchased.
The owner will be furnishing and setting up the home over the coming weeks to create a comfortable and welcoming space.
If furniture is needed for a bedroom, this can be discussed.

Lease details:
Fixed 6-month lease, or lease length can be discussed
Utilities (electricity & heating) split evenly between all occupants of the house
First month, last month, and security deposit required
Option to extend and stay for the following year, subject to mutual agreement
House environment:

No overnight guests (limited exception for parents with notice)
