Two fully furnished rooms are available in a 3 BED/2 BATH house near UConn (approximately 1 mile from the main campus) for NEXT academic year (2027-2028).

To create a low-density and... private living arrangement, only two tenants will occupy an entire wing of the home:

- the full second floor with both bedrooms and a full bathroom
- the living room with fireplace
- the dining room
- separate access to a large backyard with a designated fire pit area

The property is carefully maintained. This house is not designed for high-traffic social activity, parties, or overnight hosting. This owner-occupied home is intentionally structured to provide a calm, orderly, and visually pleasant living environment for academically focused students and young professionals.

The rooms & pricing:

Master bedroom with deck access – $1150/month
Corner bedroom with two windows – $1100/month

Rent includes utilities and services:

– Hot and cold water / sewer
– Trash removal
– High-speed fiber internet
– Initial propane tank fill (for fireplace)
– Loan mowing

Owner covers 50% of the total electricity and heating costs. The remaining 50% is divided equally between the two tenants.

About the house:

- One full bathroom shared exclusively between the two tenants

- The owner (female), a UConn faculty member, resides on the lower level and shares the kitchen with minimal day-to-day use

Background check and references may be requested. A co-signer may be required for applicants without established income or credit history.
