Room for rent House (Shared Housing)

The room for rent is in a private home. The house is a beautiful custom ranch with a wrap around deck. The house is 30 min southeast of Hartford, 8 miles miles from UCONN, 5 miles Eastern. The room is a decent size with large window and a large... closet. A full size bed and dresser comes with the room as well. Everything is included in rent (besides food). This includes the furnished room, utilities, washer/drier, off street parking, kitchen and living room privileges, internet and toilet paper. The room for rent is in the middle of the hall and close to bathroom. Within the house is me, my husband and one other renter. A bathroom and full new fridge only used by you. I am very down to earth and flexible. I have no kids but I do have dogs and cats who are all very well trained and a pleasure to be around. There is also a huge amount of land on the property which includes a stable for horses with horse boarding available. The house itself has a very county like feel and set back into the woods down a long dirt driveway, so it is very private. At the same time it is 5 minutes from Walmart, Tractor Supply, Home Depot, Aldi's and many other stores. The room is ideal for anyone who wants to save up some cash and wants to come and go as they please. I require first and last months rent and $50 room deposit ($950.00 to start). Your last months is payed for and your $50 will be returned when you leave, as long as your room is left in the same condition when you moved in. The rent is also semester to semester so you don't have to be locked into a long term agreement.
