Our 1899 Farmhouse in Coventry has been occupied year after year by returning students, who loved their time here... . we are seeking again to lease to an existing group of friends or known college associates. 4 to 5 new students to move in. The... BEST option is a group of four or five who know each other prior and who get along well. We've found this works very nicely. . The house provides for privacy and a large yard. Landlords are *on property* but not in the same house. We are seeking students who are serious about their studies, thus this is not a big party house... that is important to understand! 9 month lease for school period. (some flex permitted)\
