The Brick House

Current tenants are looking for 2 more roommates for the upcoming year. Lease start date is 07/12/26, however there is a possibility to move in earlier should you need to.

5 bedroom apartment, with 2 full baths. Plenty of off street parking. Bus... stop to UCONN is across the street next to Mama’s Pizza. 7 miles from Storrs campus. Utilities are not included in the rent but can be managed by landlord.
Landlord is responsive and is only a phone call away should any maintenance issues arise.
