Croft is a really nice apartment community that has recently been updated with outdoor firepits and gas grills. The buildings have recently been painted and landscape has been enhanced. I'm also very close to lots of shopping opportunities. The customer service is excellent and I strongly recommend this apartment community.

I've had a great experience living at The Croft Farmington. One of the things I've appreciated most is how peaceful the community feels while still being close to everything I need. The apartments are comfortable, and the property is kept looking nice throughout the year. The leasing and maintenance team have always been courteous and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. It's clear they care about keeping the community in good shape and making residents feel welcome.

I’ve been here 4 years and never had our pool open after public pools. Renovations started when it was supposed to open so we’ve been watching from our windows or walking around the pool on hot days. Rent increases every year so to not have the biggest amenity available to us when it should be is disappointing.

Great location, close to many amenities and the highway! This apartment community is truly excellent. Kristel and the entire staff are amazing—always friendly and helpful, making living here a fantastic experience.

Absolutely LOVE this apartment. It's been such an enjoyable experience from the very beginning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The building always feels clean, and the maintenance is excellent. Between the gym, pool, and incredibly maintained outdoor space, you'll never want to leave. There's also tons of parking! The units are beautiful, with lots of natural light and very quiet. The soundproofed walls make a huge difference compared to other apartment buildings in the area. The units are spacious and thoughtfully renovated with brand new appliances, lighting, and granite countertops. Couldn't recommend it more! 10/10
