Friendly Staff and Modern Apartments

I recently moved into The Oaks on the Square and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with natural light. The community amenities—like the fitness center and lounge areas—are well-maintained and inviting. The location is perfect, just steps from UConn and local shops, making running errands and grabbing food super easy. Plus, the management team is responsive and friendly, which makes living here even better.

Excellent Staff

The staff at the Oaks are really great and very helpful especially Raheem. I lived at The Oaks last year and planned to live there again for my senior year and Raheem helped me with any questions I have and was very supportive and reassuring with my needs and helped me decided what I wanted to live in. I appreciate it Raheem!
