The Tannery is the perfect place to live in Hartford County and I couldn't recommended it enough. The units are clean and updated, the lawns and the pool area are beautiful, it's dog friendly, and Ron on maintenance team is fantastic and the greatest guy.
The location is really convenient and walkable to many shops/grocery stores and close to the highway as well.
Sad to be leaving for re-location purposes but my 2 years at The Tannery has been amazing.

The apartment was so clean and spacious. The building is well built so i am unable to hear any disturbance on the third floor! Also such amazing and helpful people in the leasing office!

We've lived here for a few months now and it's been a lot of fun. There are community events in the clubhouse, fire pits around the pool area, a 24/7 gym, dog park and beautiful trails. We have a second-floor balcony which has been absolutely beautiful in late summer to now, late fall. Looking forward to the summer!
