Three bedrooms, shared kitchen and use of two full bathrooms and just a few blocks from Ucon

This is our 14th year having students living with us sharing our home. We are shared home Roth our students, so we request the students to be male as two are sharing one bathroom on the third floor and one sharing the second floor with us. We only... use the shower as the main bedroom has a 1/2 bath we use.

Our students have been local students,
International students, and LLM students and one semester exchange students.

As we had last year, we will have three bedrooms that will be available on Aug 1. Two rooms may be available earlier. Please contact Rick for Details.

Second floor bedroom room number 1 is available on August 1st and the rent is $650.00

The third floor room number 3 is occupied until August 2025 with a current American JD student $850 per month, with a potential one year lease continuation, we are waiting for a final answer. But accepting applications and conversations with interested party.


The second floor bedroom (number 1) is private, a main hallway bathroom is shared with myself and my husband Roger and also has access to the kitchen on the third floor. All of the furnishings are all Antique Hitchcock furniture and the same amenities are also available. This room is equipped with a queen bed, new mattress January 2023, nightstand, dresser, desk and desk chair, comfy reading chair, lamps, tv,
This room will be $650 monthly.

On Our third floor, we have two separate bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared furnished kitchen, see pics of appliances. Refrigerator new 2024.

Update 03-19-2025, this room is rented.
Bedroom number 2. Now making appointments for interviews, this can be done in person or online using zoom or WhatsApp or Facebook “FaceTime”. Again this room is now rented with a LLM student.


This room has a new full bed and June 2024 to include bedding, nightstand, dresser and closet. The room also has a full size futon, end table, entertainment center with flat screen tv. A desk and chair is also included for studies. Area rugs and lighting
The rent for this room is $750.00 per month.



Bedroom number 3
This room is fully occupied with a Jd student through Aug 2025. The rental agreement may extend until Aug 2026.

This room is fully furnished, queen bed (new mattress June 2024)to include bedding, 2 nightstands, dresser and closet. This room also has a full size futon, entertainment center with a flat screen tv, a modern recliner and ottoman and A antique desk and chair is also included for studies. Area rugs and lamps are in room. A table and two chairs are also in room for studies or meals.
The rent for the “large room” is $850.00 per month.

Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity and wireless fiber optic internet and new streaming service.

The kitchen is completely remodeled spring of 2021.

I typically ask my students if they would like to join us or my husband for their grocery shopping needs weekly. As most students do not have access to cars.

Laundry is available on site for our students use.

Rooms are available for one semester, academic year, full year or up to a three years. As we have had LLM students, International exchange students and full three year JD students with us in our home.

A new pup, we now have two Golden retriever’s,
