Walk to Lake

Cute cottage house in lake neighborhood right up the road from Coventry Lake. Access to private association beach, a 1-minute walk to the lake. Driveway parking available. Deck and side yard. Snow plowing and trash removal included. Utilities not... included: Electricity, Internet, Water and Oil. Parent co-sign required.
At the moment, one of the current tenants (UConn grad student) is interested in staying for another year. Come take a tour and have a conversation of how this could work for all.
