This spacious 2600-square-foot apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors and offers all the comforts of home, with four private guest rooms available for rent.
The largest bedroom is a comfortable retreat. It features a queen bed and a cozy lounger... chair with a reading lamp, creating the perfect nook to unwind and enjoy a good book. This room boasts a generous walk-in closet and a spacious desk for your convenience, making it an ideal space for work and relaxation. What’s more, it offers a captivating view of the iconic Frog Bridge, allowing you to soak in the town’s unique charm right from your window.
The second guest room is also comfortable and welcoming. It has a full-size bed, a roomy closet, and a desk. It is currently booked for the 25-26 academic year. The next availability is June 2026.
The third floor is newly renovated and has two more guest rooms and a full bath. Each room has a queen bed, dresser, mini-fridge, desk, full-length mirror, and ceiling fan. Call or email for availability.
The apartment's common areas are just as inviting. The spacious and well-lit kitchen is a shared space where you can prepare meals and connect with fellow residents. The living room has a fireplace and TV; it’s the perfect spot to unwind and socialize after a long day. Each bathroom is shared only with the occupant of the other guestroom on the same level. We provide monthly cleaning services for the common areas.
Stay connected and comfortable with included amenities such as WiFi and gas baseboard heat. For added security and peace of mind, each guest room is equipped with its own coded lock. Laundry facilities are available in the basement. Portable AC units are available for your room for a small extra fee during the summer months.
The apartment has recently been renovated with fresh paint and brand-new flooring, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. A dishwasher has also been added to the kitchen. Ceiling fans in each guest room provide a comfortable climate year-round. Parking is a breeze with a dedicated lot at the rear of the house, offering plenty of space for your vehicle, and there’s even a flat grassy yard with a picnic table to enjoy.
