Very quiet apartment situated only 4 miles (11 minute’s drive) from the main campus. There’s a beautiful Japanese maple tree in the front, along with other diverse flora in the area. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the kitchen uses a pretty... powerful electric stove and oven. We have backyard access, and there is a fire pit that our neighbors are willing to share. There is unfortunately no laundry on the unit.
The only caveat I’ve personally found is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors’ footsteps pretty clearly. There are 3 neighboring units (4 units total) in our building, but they are all very quiet besides the footsteps and are very nice people. I also think the conditions are pretty ideal for this price, also considering how close we are to campus.
Oh btw, I’m your roommate, not your landlord. There’s two bedrooms on this unit and one of them is mine, that’s why I entered 1 bedroom for rent where it was asked. This platform wants me to share my listing if I already have housing, so I just wanted to make it clear that I’m not the property manager.
