Water, sewer, rubbish removal & all maintenance, plowing & mowing are included, gas and electric and Wi-Fi are not. Utilities average about $100 per month each. The property is very close to UCONN, right near the shuttle bus, 1 block from price chopper & the new downtown. This house is part of a newer small community with eight homes that are all leased to UCONN grads & students in a safe and quite area just off the main road within a short walk to UCONN. Its located away from the party areas. Only leasing to responsible students capable of respecting others. Please only inquire if that's what you're looking for. This is for a one or 2 year lease starting June 1. Each bedroom is $1000. per month with one person per bedroom. All tenants will sign their own lease.
