Lease option will be available from 6/1/2026 through 5/31/27 for one tenant. Fifteen minutes from UCONN. Beautiful basement in log home with lots of windows. Private entrance. Quiet rural setting on a small horse farm which is perfect for the... serious student. References required. Includes full kitchen (includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove), living room, large bedroom, bathroom, cable TV & internet, oil heat, pellet stove, electricity, washer and dryer. Tenant will be required to purchase wood pellets during the Winter. The Landlord will pay for 1/2 of each pellet delivery, and Landlord will arrange for delivery and drop off of wood pellets. During the Summer the basement is naturally cool.
The basement rental has a few items that include lamps, end tables, center divider and chairs, etc. Parking available for one car on premises. References are required. Non-smoking boarder. Small pets considered with additional deposit.
Two Horse stalls are available for rent. This is a very good opportunity for a student wanting to bring his/her horse to school. Includes 10x12 stall with turnout and large dressage arena. Many trails are available locally.
