All floors are either hardwood or tile. The heat source is gas, it has new windows, proper insulation, and it is an open and energy efficient layout. The neighborhood is quiet and it has a nice yard and a shed. Parking is off street and good for 3-4 cars. Coventry lake is a short drive away and has multiple beaches.
The rent is $1599/ month. Security deposit is 2 month's rent. Tenant pays for heating fuel (Gas) and electricity. Waste removal, water/ sewer, a beach parking pass is included.
