The Flats @520 is a newer apartment community located on Washington Avenue in North Haven. Do you love the city, love the urban feel and yet love to escape to green surroundings? Then this is the place you've been searching for. Incorporating all the... feel of modern living including stylish contemporary units and an abundance of on-site amenities. We also offer a multitude of rental living options. This is the perfect location to enjoy the best North Haven has to offer.
This complex has nice apartments with lean well lit common areas. Downside is the lack of an elevator in some of the buildings. Also, the management company is not helpful. Paper checks are required...no means of paying your rent electronically. Poor communication when maintenance is needed. Move out process was not clear with respect to utility transfers. $500 cleaning fee for a 2 bedroom apartment that was lived in for 2 1/2 years that was left in immaculate condition.

After selling our home we moved in to The Flats for 1 year. Laurie in the office was fantastic, easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. We had 1 issue with the apartment above us, the dishwasher leaked creating a drip on our ceiling. I emailed Laurie and that day someone was there to fix the leak up stairs. The Flats are close to the highway, shopping and restaurants, great area. The Flats are clean, we had a 2 bedroom so plenty of room, up dated, lots of closet space and a... lot of cabinet space. We enjoyed our time we lived there.
