As a lifelong resident of North Haven I decided to sell my home and the timing of this apartment complex was perfect so I can stay in town. I just moved into my apartment yesterday and I love it! Antoinette and Gianna were wonderful and made the entire process simple and smooth. They were very communicative and helpful from the start. The apartment itself is gorgeous with amazing windows and light and high-end finishes. It was spotless and so clean when I moved in that I didn't need to do a thing. Feels like a modern NY apartment. Building is secure which is a huge plus for me and the two roof-top spaces are amazing. Thank you for getting me into my new home!

Management is awful
Scheduled a tour, liked it and no one could give me the next steps. Asked for an application and it was like pulling teeth. Very unprofessional asked for a call back no one called. I would have loved to proceed with this apartment mostly because it was brand new however the lack of follow up was a red flag for me.

The Archway - highly recommend
I recently moved into this beautiful new apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. This property is an absolute gem, deserving every bit of this review.
From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the modern and elegant design- with high-quality finishes that make the apartment feel both luxurious and comfortable. The entire space is thoughtfully laid out, providing natural light and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The maintenance team does a fantastic job of keeping the property in clean and pristine condition. The common areas are always spotless. The management team is professional but also seems genuinely caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. It seems like, if you follow the rules here, you’re taken care of.
One aspect that will likely be a source of inconvenience is the lack of an online portal for rent payments. In this digital age, it's surprising that such a convenient and secure method of payment isn't available. Having to rely on traditional methods of payment can be inconvenient for many residents, especially those with busy schedules.
Truly, I feel fortunate to call this apartment my home, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. I look forward to see further construction and improvements to the property.

Beautiful Property
I have recently moved into the Archway and love my new apartment. It is truly a luxury building in a great location. The layout is spacious and has ample storage. The soft-close cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, tasteful decor, energy efficient AC units, balcony, and the keyless entry are the little details that make the place special. Just walk into the lobby and see how beautiful the building is. Parking is well lit and safe. The building is pretty quiet and the other residents are all so nice. I also love that the building has a gym, community room, and terrace with grills. Antionette and Anne were so communicative and helpful in the application and move in process and Gianna and maintenance have been wonderful now that I am a resident. I feel lucky to live here and would recommend the property to others.

If I could give zero stars i would
Don’t rent from here. I had a horrible experience just from looking. Overpriced and the quality put into them is not worth it. Save your time and money. I’ve rented from plenty of places and this one will be a waste of money.
