Need a place to stay over the SUMMER months?
This advertisement is for a summer sublet of a 5 bedroom house. There are 2 offices and a bedroom (with queen bed), and 1 full bathroom with tub and shower upstairs.
We have two bedrooms downstairs: one with a queen bed, one with a twin XL + fold... out full couch/bed and one full bathrooms with a shower. There's also a partial kitchen set up: microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle, etc.
The floors are separated by a door at the top of the staircase.
Downstairs (with private entrance) is available all summer ($1,000 per month-- all utilities included). The entire house is available for the month of July ($3,000 per month-- all utilities included).
We have two AC units upstairs, and the downstairs stays very cool in the summer due to quality insulation and because the downstairs space is partially underground. There is natural light downstairs because isn't not entirely underground. If you have questions or want to see more photos or check out the place, just send me a message.
