Need a place to stay over the SUMMER months?
This advertisement is for a summer sublet of the downstairs. We have a private entrance to the downstairs, and there's a staircase and door separating the upstairs and downstairs, so the entire space is private. We have two bedrooms downstairs: one... with a queen bed, one with a twin XL + fold out full couch/bed and one full bathrooms with a shower. There's no AC, but the house stays very cool in the summer due to quality insulation and because the downstairs space is partially underground. There is natural light downstairs because isn't not entirely underground. If you have questions or want to see more photos or check out the place, just send me a message.
