Oaks Apartment Summer Lease Transfer
Looking for someone to move-in to the apartment for the Summer semester.
Move-in date is somewhat flexible but cannot be before May 20. Lease ends July 31.
Also am looking to sell some of the furniture in the unit.
Oaks should have the... opportunity to extend the lease into the school year either for this specific unit or a different unit. If renewing for this unit can stay for the entire Summer and straight into the Fall semester. If beginning a lease at the Oaks for a different unit for the regular school year they will work with you on scheduling a date to move between units. If you have any questions about the logistics of all of that please let me know.
