Seeking a housemate to share a 3 bedroom duplex located in Storrs Mansfield, Gurleyville neighborhood. Tenant would be subletting one bedroom and have their own living/studio space in unit as well. Unit is a duplex located in a wooded, quiet... neighborhood with two car garage and deck and has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Pets are welcome on case-by-case basis. Move-in would be early to mid-September, but is flexible.

I’m a recent masters graduate of UConn who will be staying on as faculty for the coming academic year. Ideally looking for someone who is starting a graduate, post-doc, or PhD, lives a quieter lifestyle and also in their late-20’s/mid-30’s. I have a Maine Coon cat, Juno, and we would be open to living with others who have pets after meeting.
