One Room w/Bath Near Campus (Owner Occupied, available after 12/14/25)

Hi! I’m a professor at UConn, and we have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom available on the first floor of our spacious home near campus. The room is for a single female UConn student only (no couples/partners), as my wife (a stay-at-home... mom) is home most of the time.

Our family lives upstairs (we have two children and no pets). We’re a Christian family who loves the Lord Jesus and values a peaceful, family-oriented home. If you enjoy cooking, you’re welcome to use our shared kitchen and dining areas.

We occasionally host small Christian gatherings with UConn students. These are optional and take place on the other side of the house, so your privacy and quiet are respected. Most of the time, the home is calm and quiet.

The house is about 12 minutes from campus by bike (40 minutes on foot), so having a car is highly recommended. All utilities are included.
