Pink House
The Pink House is a beautiful house in Coventry, about a 10-minute drive to/from campus. There are currently 3 of us ready to sign the lease, and we are looking for a 4th roommate.
There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor so you would have your own... room and the 1st floor is all common space. The house comes fully furnished, including the bedrooms which each have dressers, a full bed, a desk, etc. There are two bathrooms each with a shower and one with a laundry machine and dryer. There is a large yard we like to hang out in when it's sunny and a driveway big enough for 4 cars.
The rent is $1000/mo, but all utilities are paid for by the landlord (who is incredibly chill for a landlord). The landlord also pays for a cleaner, so the house is usually pretty tidy.
